PitchBlue Redundant Server Policy

POLICY:

 

Requests for second (redundant) Pitch Blue servers are evaluated on an individual basis by the Program Director using established criteria. Requests should be made by opening a Managed Linear Support (MLS) ticket at www.managedlinearsupport.com  (Category - Submit a Ticket, Department – Requests for 2nd Magnubox & Other Equipment), or by calling the Operational Support Center at 866.437.BLUE (2583).

 

Requests submitted will be reviewed and the determination shared swiftly. If the location does not meet the criteria for a platform provided second unit, other options to obtain a redundant server will be provided.
